A relaxing vacation...with a birthday thrown in...

Recently, Jack and I spent an entire week vacation with friends for his birthday. I have to say it was one of the best weeks ever!

The friends we stayed with are also spankos as well, so you know we had a bit of fun. Granted we enjoyed each others company so much that swats weren't constantly flying...just every now and then when myself or the other female would make what we thought to be an innocent and fun comment that some how turned out to be bratting (imagine that).

The night we arrived was probably the most spanking action of the weekend because our hosts had arranged a small surprise party for Jack for his bday. We also had another soon to be bday girl in our mist so we played a spanking game to make sure all got their respective swats in for fun.

One of the funniest moments of our game was when I got to give Jack some bday swats. I used a firehose (for those that don't know our host actually makes and sells these implements and they make such a loud POP at impact but for the most part are really harmless to the bottom and quite enjoyable despite the sound on impact -unless they are a split hose of which the one I was using was not). I must admit that I was laughing so hard because I tried my best to swing through on each swat so I was being heckled that I must really be asking for it later....because there will be payback there always is.. My defense was I would be getting it good later anyways so might as well get my money's worth while I could.

Weather wasn't exactly kind to us to start with for the week, but it did allow from some misty walks outside that were just amazing. I had to bring a camera and got some beautiful shots of the scenery and some of the livestock.

I don't know why but that scenery and shot just caught my eye and I had to capture it forever with my camera.

We also got the chance to drive through a herd of Oklahoma Longhorn...wasn't exactly our choice though it was interesting. We were visiting a Wildlife Preserve and the longhorns were out in force, but the buffalo weren't unfortunately. It was still such a nice get away just the two of us. Saw some funny Prairie Dogs and even avoided running over a Diamondback Rattler on the road. Of course the funny part of the Diamondback was I really wanted a picture of it but no way was I getting out of the car so I just kinda hung half my body out of the car window in a twist in order to get a shot of him. I'm glad I couldn't see Jack who was still sitting perfectly in the car because I'm sure he was shaking his head at me the whole time.

I would have some pictures from the Preserve, but they aren't uploaded to my computer from my camera just yet...my apologies.

The week went by ever so quickly and we were soon on our way back home.

The only good thing about coming home was a brand new toy from SpankmewithLeather waiting for us in the mail when we got home. They are a growing company and relatively small from the looks of the blog where you can place your orders, but I was well pleased with the stingy piece of leather that I have from them now. I will work on making a post on the effectiveness of this piece of leather soon.

Well, guess that is about all for me for now. I will get my butt in gear and be posting more regularly soon. Things have just been hectic around here lately and had a bit of a scare with a spanko outing in a vanilla world to work through as well. Hopefully, things will be smoother real soon.
